Salmon oil

Hemp Oil

This cold-pressed hemp oil is made from the seeds of certain varieties of hemp. With a high content of omega-3 α-linolenic and oleic fatty acids in an optimal ratio of 3:1 to omega-6 linoleic acid, it is rich in such linoleic and linolenic components as well as antioxidants and tocopherols.

The purest sources of omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid comprise flaxseed or flax oil, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts and canola oil, which contain a high volume of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids at a positive ratio. Consequently, hemp oil constitutes an important product of plant origin. The presence of a rich, unique combination of such omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, healthy plant sterols and abundant natural vitamin E mark this VITAR oil out as exceptional and greatly beneficial for the body.

Boasting a pleasant nutty taste, long-term consumption of virgin hemp oil is known to exert a positive effect on physical health.

Method of production

Hemp oil is obtained from the seeds of the hemp plant, which are cold-pressed in a similar manner as that applied for olive oil. Once extracted from the seeds, the hemp oil is stored in a cool, dark environment for subsequent processing and transport.

Milk Thistle Oil

Cold-pressed purple milk thistle seed oil.

A source of essential unsaturated fatty acids, especially omega-6 linoleic acid, and antioxidants.

A medicinal plant referred to in ancient manuscripts, milk thistle is a flower from the Asteraceae family that grows in the Mediterranean regions of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Its thorny appearance resulted in it being dubbed “the Crown of Christ”. Commonly used to treat snakebites in antiquity, it has since been applied to counteract conditions affecting the liver and bile. In addition to supporting the regeneration of blood vessels, it moderates manifestations of varicose veins, lends the body protection from toxic substances and aids sufferers of migraines, depression, asthma and allergies.

Linseed Oil

VITAR Veterinae Linseed Oil is created from seeds of the linseed plant (Linum usitatissimum). The seeds contain mucilage polysaccharides, proteins, tocopherols, lignans and enzymes. An excellent source of energy, the Oil is applicable for active dogs undergoing training, for pets in the winter or those in convalescence, and dramatically improves the quality and shine of the fur.
